Tremayne Lodge was originally the coach house and stables for Alverton Manor
in Penzance and is identified on OS Maps dating back to 1800.
The two original granite buildings are grade 2 listed along with the main Manor House.
Mike and Janet purchased the property in 2010 and have converted it into a 2-bedroom
cottage with a modern glazed link connecting both structures.
The self-build project engaged local tradesmen and suppliers and was completed
in 2011 at a conversion cost of £100,000.
