The former Trinity House Depot next to Penzance Harbour is
being redeveloped by the Cornish Mead Company for a variety of
different uses.
The first phase is currently underway on site and involves converting
and extending the first floor outbuildings to create three apartments
with oblique views of the harbour area.
The next challenging project will be the conversion and upgrading of
the former Buoy Store including the introduction of a new mezzanine
floor, lift and staircase.
When complete the grade 2 listed complex will be one of the key buildings
in the centre of the Harbour Regeneration Scheme.
